We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong> Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sales Executive acts as the key point of contact between PayU and its clients.<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while meeting company expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and will need to establish and build customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>The sales industry is target driven and as a consequence the work will, at times, be demanding and pressurized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet or exceed assigned sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Manage inbound and outbound contacts to potential and existing customer base by telephone, email, and face to face, in order to qualify leads and sell products and services<\/li>\n<li>Educate potential customers with regards to online payments and the value of our offering<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for attracting high revenue merchants to PayU<\/li>\n<li>Upselling PayU products to high revenue merchants<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for engaging with C-level audience and provide solution based PayU offerings<\/li>\n<li>Overcome technical and business objectives of prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Emphasize saleable features and quote prices<\/li>\n<li>Provide enrolment instructions<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Develop an understanding of our customer base, and help grow it<\/li>\n<li>Assist with additional ad hoc projects<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for looking after selected existing merchants for a period of 12 months there after the merchant is to be assessed<\/li>\n<li>Schedule a weekly update \/monthly meeting with selected merchants<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Complete required training and development objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to teams<\/li>\n<li>Work very closely with the Sales Account Managers<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the newest technologies in the market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant qualification \u2013 Certificate or Diploma.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years sales experience with exposure to Internet or eCommerce selling techniques and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Working in a global organisation and exposure to global sales<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) &amp; Internet savvy<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to salesforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/boards.greenhouse.io\/payu\/jobs\/4461325002?gh_src=3aa5dda22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Compliance and Risk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a goal-oriented, high energy and hardworking individual to join our team as Compliance and Risk Officer. PayU Nigeria operates in a high-velocity business (B2B) environment.
