We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main area of focus is the generation of new leads with the aim of creating more patronage. This involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations to clients<\/li>\n<li>In addition, the development of revenue generation through training and research grants from the private and public sectors is a key function<\/li>\n<li>The role also involves engaging trainees one on one and ensuring that they get value for money spent<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will proactively target employers and educational institutions that are looking to develop human capacity in the area of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, securing initial meetings with decision-makers and following those clients throughout their journey with RAIN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Answering in bound calls; taking orders dealing with new enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.<\/li>\n<li>Finding and developing new markets and improving patronage.<\/li>\n<li>Developing proposals and concluding deals with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Welcoming visitors into the facility and leading them on tour.<\/li>\n<li>Lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting KPI\u2019s and targets by high volume and good quality calls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not more than 30 years of age as at the time of application<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 3+ years related experience or HND Qualification with 5+ years\u2019 related experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and IT fluency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in digital marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of Government funding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N60,000 \u2013 N 100,000 per month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Help Desk Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\nJob Reference: HD191001<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\nContract Type: Permanent<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nAbout the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The IT Help Desk Assistant is the primary go-to person for technical issues relating to computer, network\/internet connectivity and social media within the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of general IT support to computer users in the facility<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of security access equipment<\/li>\n<li>Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised booking system<\/li>\n<li>Meeting and greeting clients in reception amongst other receptionist general duties in a warm, confident and happy manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not more than 28 years of age as at the time of application<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or HND Qualification<\/li>\n<li>2+ years hands-on related IT support experience in a commercial environment<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, Windows Server and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Skills in Local Area Networking including management of routers and switches<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with a friendly disposition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal IT qualification in Networking or Database Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN30,000 \u2013 N 50,000\/Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facility Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Facility Manager is the primary liaison between research members, management, course facilitators and other entities in the management of laboratory research space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uses advanced concepts to implement and coordinate building management procedures, including specialised consideration such as ventilation, fume hoods, gas lines, power, or use of hazardous materials.<\/li>\n<li>Manages lab renovations, relocations, stock replenishment, special research infrastructure needs, maintenance service calls, and facility allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains an adequate inventory of equipment, chemicals, and other materials.
