{"id":79089,"date":"2019-10-11T10:43:15","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T09:43:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=79089"},"modified":"2019-10-10T14:57:04","modified_gmt":"2019-10-10T13:57:04","slug":"eureka-global-recent-available-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/eureka-global-recent-available-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Eureka Global Recent Available Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eureka Global is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title:\u00a0Customer Relationship Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer relationship officer is the first point of contact with customers and will ensure that all customer needs and complaints are addressed in a way that will leave them satisfied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create plans to address clients\u2019 business needs<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on creating profitable processes based on his knowledge of the company products and services<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they are satisfied<\/li>\n<li>Handle communication within and outside the office<\/li>\n<li>Keep the company\u2019s website updated<\/li>\n<li>Manage the company\u2019s social media pages<\/li>\n<li>Answer all calls to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer concerns and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms<\/li>\n<li>Study competition to find new ways to retain customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed set targets<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office and WordPress<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with a team<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of OND in any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Background in customer service;
