We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Retail Banking Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deposit Mobilization (N40m Monthly)<\/li>\n<li>Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.<\/li>\n<li>Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future business<\/li>\n<li>Produce growth in income by selling business products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Development of relationship with referral sources.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Opening of accounts(minimum of 5 accounts per day).<\/li>\n<li>Creation of quality risk asset(N3m monthly)<\/li>\n<li>Reactivating of Dorman accounts (5 accounts weekly)<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining good deposit mix in accordance with banks ratio.<\/li>\n<li>Rendition of reports weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Effective relationship management.
