We are currently looking for qualified candiate for our UAE operations with the following skillsets &amp; terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Agile Solution Owner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>UAE<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather and challenge requirements from Product Owners.<\/li>\n<li>Create Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and managed User stories.<\/li>\n<li>Lead daily stand-up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Lead user stories delivery in budget, time and quality<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and facilitate stakeholders\u2019 workshops with technical teams to gather and analyze requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to identify and implement changes to systems and processes to increase efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Conduct meticulous GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare extensive cost \u2013 benefit analysis to support system and process changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems<\/li>\n<li>Total 8+ years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Relevant similar experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of new technology and processes landscape<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence decisions through conviction and promotion<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership with a proven ability to communicate to senior executives while leading projects on the field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least two years of similar experience<\/li>\n<li>Kanban or Scrum experience<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills deploying IT solutions implementations<\/li>\n<li>True team player who can break the silos with tact and diplomacy<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of regulatory challenges, including compliance, data privacy and residency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Highlights of Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work with functional teams in an agile environment (Kanban, Scrum)<\/li>\n<li>Goal oriented and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Established excellent meeting, facilitation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of financial services<\/li>\n<li>Established data processing &amp; analysis experiences<\/li>\n<li>Qualitative and quantitative data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Excellent spoken English abilities and high level of convincing powers<\/li>\n<li>Assist or play a lead role in many of the product discovery activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist in opportunity assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joining time frame: (15 \u2013 30 days)<\/li>\n<li>The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems \u2013 UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in UAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their latest Resume in MS Word format at the earliest to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ambili.krishnan@vamsystems.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ambili.krishnan@vamsystems.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob title\u201d as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 15th November, 2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more equiries, pleases call:\u00a0<\/strong>+91 (0)476 2684921<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.
