{"id":79216,"date":"2019-10-17T14:34:51","date_gmt":"2019-10-17T13:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=79216"},"modified":"2019-10-17T14:34:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-17T13:34:51","slug":"star-deep-water-petroleum-limited-latest-available-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/star-deep-water-petroleum-limited-latest-available-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited Latest Available Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited, a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami Field, in its continuous support for capacity building in the health and engineering sectors as a strategic feed into the national manpower pool, is offering a number of University Scholarship Awards to qualified Nigerian students from ALL states of the Federation.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, we invite applications from qualified candidates for the 2019 Agbami Medical &amp; Engineering Professionals\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobzilla.ng\/category\/scholarships\">Scholarship Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019 Agbami Medical &amp; Engineering Professionals Scholarship Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe scholarship program, funded by Star and its Agbami co-venturers, is a major component of their Social Investment in the strategic development of health and education in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirement\/Eligibility<\/strong><br \/>\nE-Applications are invited from FULL-TIME, 100 and 200 level undergraduates (admitted during 2018\/2019 or 2017\/2018 academic session respectively) from any State of the Federation, studying any of the under listed courses in universities within Nigeria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medicine &amp; Surgery<\/li>\n<li>Dentistry<\/li>\n<li>Pharmacy<\/li>\n<li>Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nMethod of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/scholastica.ng\/schemes\/agbami\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents:<\/li>\n<li>Passport photograph not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)<\/li>\n<li>School ID card<\/li>\n<li>Admission Letter<\/li>\n<li>O\u2019 Level Result<\/li>\n<li>JAMB Result<\/li>\n<li>Local Government Area Letter of Identification<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the documents are named according to what they represent to avoid mixing up documents during upload<\/li>\n<li>Ensure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u201cRegister\/Log in\u201d to create an account or log in to your Scholastica account.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to your email box to activate your account for newly registered applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scholastica.ng\/schemes\/agbami\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.scholastica.ng\/schemes\/agbami<\/a>\u00a0to return to Scholarship site<\/li>\n<li>Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information and upload required scanned documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.<\/li>\n<li>When asked to upload photo, upload a pass-port photograph with a white background.<\/li>\n<li>Recheck application information to avoid errors<\/li>\n<li>Return to the Home page, Click on the scheme you wish to apply and Click \u201cApply Now\u201d to submit information<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a notification displayed on the screen you have successfully applied. To confirm Check \u201cMy application\u201d under \u201cMy account\u201d section on your profile account.<\/li>\n<li>Return to www.scholastica.ng, enter your Email and Password to download your verification profile and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.<\/li>\n<li>Upload a scanned copy of the signed verification profile, this would be used for verification.<\/li>\n<li>If National Identification Number (NIN) number was not available in step 6, to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN)<\/li>\n<li>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ninenrol.gov.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/ninenrol.gov.ng<\/a>\u00a0to register and learn more about the National Identity Number<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cCreate Account\u201d and fill in the required\u00a0 fields<\/li>\n<li>Login with Email and Password to complete the form<\/li>\n<li>After completion, schedule a date for photo and finger print capture<\/li>\n<li>Visit any of the 37 capture centres\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nimc.gov.ng\/?q=nin-registration-centres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.nimc.gov.ng\/?q=nin-registration-centres<\/a>\u00a0to complete the registration process and obtain your National Identity Number<\/li>\n<li>You can also do your total registration at the NIMC office<\/li>\n<li>Return to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scholastica.ng\/schemes\/agbami\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.scholastica.ng\/schemes\/agbami<\/a>\u00a0and update application with National Identification Number (NIN) to ensure completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that applicants for the Agbami scholarship are ineligible to apply for any other scholarship program sponsored by \u201cSTAR\u201d or any of its Parties.<\/li>\n<li>Selected students will be invited for computer-administered qualifying tests in selected examination centers nationwide. Short-listed candidates for the qualifying test will be invited by email and SMS text messages.
