We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Engineer \/ Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent\/Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing construction activities and tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and supervising building work.<\/li>\n<li>Surveying sites, setting out alignments, levels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Making sure specifications are met on site.<\/li>\n<li>Solving problems and providing technical advice.<\/li>\n<li>Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-15 years of experience in Major Construction Companies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Construction process<\/li>\n<li>Site Management.<\/li>\n<li>Quality &amp; Quantity control<\/li>\n<li>Cost control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIvil Construction, Building Works, Site Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobarkintl.com\/hobarkgroup\/careers\/#viewJob=Req-1595\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marine Superintendent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Offshore, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that all marine operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally aware manner, consistent with industry standards (MARPOL, SOLAS, ISGOTT, OCIMF etc), by offload tankers at the terminal, supply vessels, tugs, work boats and other marine vessels operating within the offshore facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the review, monitoring and periodical audits of the performance, suitability, sustainability, regulatory performance, and quality standards of all marine vessels operating within the offshore facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all marine contingency, emergency response and crisis management plans are current and exercised regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor mooring operations and performance of export tankers in line with Charter Party terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with Terminal Regulations for offload tankers and to ensure that the Ship Shore Safety checklist is properly completed and maintained throughout the loading period. Monitor offload tanker operations and ensure prompt vessel turnaround in order to avoid demurrage.<\/li>\n<li>Review and confirm the suitability of all vessels nominated for bunker deliveries to the terminals.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and schedule timely delivery of bunkers to the FPSO to ensure that sufficient stocks are always available.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and provide report on all marine accidents, incidents and \u2018near misses\u2019 within the offshore facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure procedures for all export tanker operations and marine vessel operations are adhered to. Through continuous review and updating of procedures, legislations and technology etc. drive efficiencies and safety improvement in operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Class 1 (Master Mariner) Certificate of Competency<\/li>\n<li>DCE (Dangerous Cargo Endorsement) in Petroleum preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Marine Lead Auditor preferred<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience as a Ships Captain, Marine Supt or Mooring\/Loading Master. Oil &amp; Gas terminal experience preferred.
