We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Collections Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make Calls to defaulting customers on their loan repayments<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate repayment schedules and plan<\/li>\n<li>Send Email and SMS reminders to customers about their overdue loans<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend approvals of loans<\/li>\n<li>Advise borrowers on financial status and repayment plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full recovery of loans as at when due<\/li>\n<li>Attend to other issues as assigned by the unit\u2019s head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have minimum OND in any Business related field<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, customer service, marketing skills, and data analysis skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages proficiently<\/li>\n<li>Must be open to working on weekends when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:otptechnologyhr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>otptechnologyhr@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 4th November, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OTP Internet Technology (9 Credit) is a mobile app that provides simple, allows you to access loan at anytime, anywhere.
