We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nAbout the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be required to carry out the following key activities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Knowledge and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the business, its capabilities, product, and service offerings and ensures that service benefits\/value propositions are available to target markets and accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales and Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieves marketing and sales operational targets and preparing and completing action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for bidding processes with support from Technical and Finance functions.<\/li>\n<li>New service development and existing service enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance online presence; social media, website and e-commerce hubs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Management\/ Customer Satisfaction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining customer satisfaction standards and implementing to drive service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Client Engagement Process from bidding to payment, analyzing market strategies, et cetera.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the expected level of customer retention rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Attitude<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of metering, electrical installations, rural electrification, and alternative power solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Tact and diplomacy<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Strong marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong involvement in market research and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer relationship management, customer-focused, understands the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Must be capable of selling and leading in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Networking and Ability to interact at the highest level<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, creativity, and imagination<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional computer skills and awareness of digital\/social media marketing strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
