We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Deposit Mobilization<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Deposits Mobilizations teams in achieving the bank\u2019s deposit target.<\/li>\n<li>Design of Operational marketing material \u2013 support the design and implementation of advertising, and operational marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Cross sells all the savings accounts accordingly and other alternative delivery channel products as applicable against given targets on specific assigned operational areas.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Identify suitable savings promotion activities according to area specification and prepares the action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Drive activities, leads the team and the follow up process for opening accounts for potential customers of the bank especially customers mobilized through market storm.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to grow\/retain business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1527358101\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is an innovative financial institution dedicated to improving the living condition of everyday people through value-added financial products and services.
