We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Cleaner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Banana Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field:<\/strong> Janitorial Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties at one of our official residences<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of WAEC\/SSCE<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 \u2013 3 years previous experience<\/li>\n<li>Ready to resume immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver excellent services at all times<\/li>\n<li>Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety<\/li>\n<li>Maintain highest standards of cleanliness in all resident and back-of-house areas<\/li>\n<li>Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.<\/li>\n<li>Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional at all times<\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to all company safety and security policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects<\/li>\n<li>Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs<\/li>\n<li>Make adjustments and minor repairs<\/li>\n<li>Stock and maintain supply rooms<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with the rest of the staff<\/li>\n<li>Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects<\/li>\n<li>Follow all health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Report any security or maintenance issues immediately to Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:fmaidugu@baobab.bz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>fmaidugu@baobab.bz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0clearly stating the position being applied for and their full names in the subject area of the email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 27th October, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baobab is an investment company in microfinance, created in July 2005 by Planet Finance, established in Paris.
