{"id":79425,"date":"2019-10-24T15:19:10","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T14:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=79425"},"modified":"2019-10-23T15:25:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-23T14:25:15","slug":"workforce-group-recent-available-employment-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/workforce-group-recent-available-employment-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Workforce Group Recent Available Employment Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group \u2013 Our client in the Banking Sector is currently headhunting for a suitable candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for the overall handling of customers\u2019 complaints and needs in the experience Centres.<\/li>\n<li>Also, to provide assistance to customers through account opening and maintenance, information on the Banks products and services, as well as ensuring timely and exceptional service delivery in order to delight them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escalate all customer care issues to the Head of Customer Service\/ Service Manager and follow through on corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>Sell the Banks products and services to existing customers and intending prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Send out \/ respond to external account reference enquiries, confirm the status of internal account reference.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely rendering of reports and issuance of ad-hoc statements of account to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Disseminate basic technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the bank to internal and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Open all account types in the bank for various customers and ensure all accounts have complete documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Treat customers request and instructions on their various accounts and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customers\u2019 complaints, request, instructions, enquiries etc.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange all documents and account opening packages appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Request for transaction instruments e.g. cheque books, ATM cards etc. upon customers\u2019 request.<\/li>\n<li>Handle account maintenance activities; balance enquiry, freezing\/unfreezing of account, placing of lien, reactivation of dormant accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless flow of business transactions by communicating necessary information to the customers and bank departments as required.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and set up Alert, Online and Mobile Banking (FVTM &amp; CFTM) services.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate linking \/ hot listing and blocking \/ unblocking of debit cards.<\/li>\n<li>Issue ID cards \/ thumb prints and ensures proper modification of customer account information on request.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate the set-up of standing order.<\/li>\n<li>Issue and activate all card products;
