We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> 125-NIG00113<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Internal Firm Services<strong><br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings and department activities for all members of the Senior Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and call.<\/li>\n<li>Handle confidential and non-routine information.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently and within a team on special and non-reocurring and ongoing projects. Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of a Partner, which may include: planning and coordinating, disseminating information, and organizing business unit events.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sort and distribute mail.<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone for Partners. Takes message and answer all routine and non-routine questions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist BU Partners in the management of their schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.<\/li>\n<li>Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
