We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Fleet Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in relevant field with minimum of 2:2\/Lower Credit.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 \u2013 7 year cognate experience in related role.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating repairs of vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional management of daily transport and logistics operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage new vehicle procurement activities by researching and advising management on the best vehicle type.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and recommend strategies to increase efficiency of operations and drive best-in-class operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily\/ weekly\/ monthly report to the Head, Admin as regards the status of all vehicles under management with the aid of in-house technology.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and enforcing same as they fall due.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the fleet is in optimal condition for our drivers and passengers.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Processing approvals for replacement of vehicle tyres, batteries, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling of vehicles registrations and insurance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely renewal of vehicle licenses and other relevant documents.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating mechanics garages.<\/li>\n<li>Management of drivers and dispatch riders for effective operations<\/li>\n<li>Management of courier companies and services.<\/li>\n<li>Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to Nigeria Road Transport laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><br \/>\nKey Skill Set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent driving skill with at least 4 years active driving experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of, and usage of GPS tracking technology.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Prioritize, plan, and execute simultaneous projects and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively manage fleet and resolve complaints<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives to keep fleet maintenance cost at the barest minimum<\/li>\n<li>Superior interpersonal and communication skills (email, phone, in-person)<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing, planning, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent technical skills in vehicle repairs and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fleet cost reduction is a MUST<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/MutualBenefitsAssurancePlc2\/743999698017986-fleet-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc.
