We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Market Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She ensures wholesales, &amp; retail customers in assigned open markets are served; and SLC products breadth are available &amp; visible at the retail \/ wholesaler\u2019s outlets in assigned open markets always.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% Implementation of designed route plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Effective depletion through SKU redistribution at the retail level<\/li>\n<li>Coverage of assigned universe, new customer recruitment, management, retention and growth<\/li>\n<li>Must be accountable of all the stocks in his\/her custody<\/li>\n<li>Report issues relating to \/ satisfaction of customers, &amp; consumers in assigned markets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development (information generation) and implementation of marketing plans regarding his \/ her assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; maintain customer list that capture Name, Contact Person, Address, and Phone Numbers of customers in assigned markets.<\/li>\n<li>Optimally Manage Key trade partner inventory and ensures SLC share of their business increases.<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily and weekly insight on Competition activities and their impact<\/li>\n<li>Merchandize &amp; execute trade marketing initiatives leading to the desired visibilities\/ depletion for company brands in the retail outlets channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Courses\/Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in any discipline with at least 2 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, and Computer Literate<\/li>\n<li>Age \u2013 20-30 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Skills &amp; Key Behavioral Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smart<\/li>\n<li>Numeric<\/li>\n<li>Self-Starter<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Confident<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in City of interest (Amuwo Odofin \/ Ojo L.G.A Lagos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:eyitayo.raji@saroafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>eyitayo.raji@saroafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 15th November, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saro Lifecare is a company in the Saroafrica Group that plays in the personal and home care category with a national audience in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
