\ncorrespondence to the company. Deals with internal inquiries on the phone,
\nmakes sure that all visitors fill the\u00a0visitors\u2019 register, keeps track of all who

\nO\u2018Level Credits, including Mathematics & English at not more than two sittings.<\/p>\n
\norganizational ability and ability to multitask. Must be friendly and possess

\nPOSITION: TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n
\naspirations on talent attraction, retention and management, career planning
\nand development, succession planning and executive management development in
\nline with the talent\/learning and development strategies. Identify critical
\njobs for optimal business performance.\u00a0 Assesses talent readiness and translate
\nto talent development plan.<\/p>\n
\nProfessional certification would be an advantage.<\/p>\n

\nPOSITION: SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nand reporting CAPEX and other project costing, dealing with mergers and acquisitions,

\naccounting team on quarterly and annual reports.<\/p>\n
\nExcel package and financial analysis\/modelling tools, be an effective
\ncommunicator with good planning, organizational and problem solving skills.

\nPOSITION: ELECTRICIAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nPOSITION: SHIPPING OPERATIONS MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n
\ndeals with day to day operations in an efficient and timely manner, minimizing operational
\ncosts and controlling vessel efficiency to ensure that the overall performance is in
\nline with the company\u2019s expectations. Ensures discharge sequence is in line with IMO
\n[International Maritime Organisation] rules and regulations; coordinate ship surveys
\nand reports appropriately.<\/p>\n
\nMariner Certificate of competency holder and have shore based experience in operational
\nmanagement position of not less than 7 years.<\/p>\n
\nbe conversant with vessels inward and outward clearance with relevant maritime
\nagencies in Nigeria. Must be a good team player and have good interpersonal and
\nleadership skills.<\/p>\n

\nPOSITION: WHEAT OPERATIONS MANAGER<\/p>\n
\nof bulk wheat from ship discharge to supply in the mills and from bulk loading
\nto varied demands in volume and specifications. Maintains high standards of
\nhygiene, housekeeping and operational efficiency within the wheat transfer system
\nand head house facility. Enhances and develops skills of his team, identifies
\nrelevant competency training gaps and follow through with the required training.
\nManages the daily reconciliation of stocks and works with agreed key measurement
\ncriteria within the company.<\/p>\n
\ninterpersonal skills, must be an effective team player, proactive and physically fit.<\/p>\n
\nfast moving and continuous (24\/7) production environment. Computer literacy with
\nexperience in using PLC operating system is also necessary<\/p>\n
