We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Req ID:<\/strong> 304242<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Services Engineering<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer\u2019s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities<\/li>\n<li>Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events<\/li>\n<li>Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting<\/li>\n<li>Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Engineering background preferably Electrical &amp; Electronics<\/li>\n<li>Min years of experience: 5 years of CPM experience<\/li>\n<li>Domain experience: Core Cloud, BSS, OSS<\/li>\n<li>Financial Acumen &amp; Analysis Skills<\/li>\n<li>Business Understanding<\/li>\n<li>Consultative Selling Skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer and Market Insight<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation, Persuading &amp; influencing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS)<\/li>\n<li>Leading &amp; supervising<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; organizing<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with the English Language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMI certifications \u2013 The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she\/he holds<\/li>\n<li>Project sales process<\/li>\n<li>Contract management<\/li>\n<li>3rd pp suppliers management experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.ericsson.com\/main\/jobs\/304242?lang=en-us&amp;previousLocale=en-US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment &amp; services to mobile &amp; fixed network operators.
