We are recruiting suitable and qualified candidates in the following role. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\nREF Code: CCL\/HRO- 2019<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Main Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with organisation business strategies and in full compliance to the Nigerian labour law.<\/li>\n<li>Develop annual training plan for employees and facilitate trainings as may be suitable.<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive and friendly work environment where employees can thrive.<\/li>\n<li>Execute effective and efficient HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, disciplinary process etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum educational level of B.Sc.\/HND in Administration, Human Resources Management or any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills; both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Resources officer is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The fixed salary and other benefits are very attractive!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV only to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:impactresourcesng@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>impactresourcesng@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Please indicate the Ref Code of the position you are applying for in the subject of your email.
