We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0State Co-ordinator (Volunteer)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nationwide<strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and coordinate community development projects, workshop, programs and Trainings with partner organizations<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for new program development and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Attend Board, committee meetings or other meetings as requested<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff, volunteers and other support personnel<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ongoing marketing of the organization including but not limited to speaking engagements, monitoring, coordinating and assisting in the production of contents for newsletters and magazine publications<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of strategic partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation to the Executive Director and Board of Directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree, ND\/HND\/, Diploma &amp; NCE preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must be a computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and Coordinate people<\/li>\n<li>You must be a resident in the state you\u2019re applying from<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in public environment effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Leadership Qualities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe State Co-Ordinator\u2019s should demonstrate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A clear commitment to the Foundation mission and values.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the highest levels of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills, including listening skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build trusting relationships<\/li>\n<li>The ability to balance diverging and competing points of view<\/li>\n<li>The ability to accept constructive criticism.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and formulate information into sound, well organized plans of action.<\/li>\n<li>Approaches job duties with motivation and creativity<\/li>\n<li>Sense of motivation and creativity and Effective problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good judgment in decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event coordination, Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate various responsibilities and prioritize conflicting demands and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience in grant writing\/fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in public environment effectively<\/li>\n<li>Good writing, analytical, research and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:states@womeninict.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>states@womeninict.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob title\u201d as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Women in ICT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
