This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Supervisor<br \/>\nLocations:\u00a0<\/strong>Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun &amp; Ekiti<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing sales strategies\/plans and achieve performance target.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring product visibility and availability.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing sales volume in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting sales activities to Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, managing &amp; liaising with the distributors and sub distributors to organize, control and supervise Merchandisers and as well maintain their database.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting sales canvassers within designated territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc.\/HND in Marketing or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be resident in one of these states; Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ogun &amp; Ekiti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fastizers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@fastizers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th November, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community.
