Ultimately, you will help establish our brand in the market in a way that customers easily identify and select our company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Your responsibilities include; tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company\u2019s views creatively.<\/li>\n<li>You should be able to oversee all marketing initiatives with the aim of building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels with the ultimate goal of improving business methods<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically and analytically<\/li>\n<li>Self driven individual with proven ability to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>B.A\/B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Vibrant and outgoing personality<\/li>\n<li>An avid food lover with a love for desserts.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, Google Adwords and display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that our brand message, tone and communications are consistent across all online and offline channels.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute ideas for creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and business performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all marketing and promotional campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies<\/li>\n<li>Design advertising\/promotional campaigns for new products and markets<\/li>\n<li>Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels<\/li>\n<li>Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements<\/li>\n<li>Research competition and identify opportunities for growth<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor the marketing budget efficiently on a quarterly basis and allocate funds wisely to ensure value for money and ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, design and implement marketing strategy to align with business goals, ensuring brand consistency<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and monitor all marketing and advertising activities<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement new initiatives to develop and increase brand awareness<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective media campaigns and decide on appropriate distribution channels<\/li>\n<li>Manage content distribution to various channels (online and offline) social media platforms to increase web traffic and drive foot traffic to all our stores<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage all social media accounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and build our social media presence across all digital channels<\/li>\n<li>Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against company goals (KPIs) to ensure profitability<\/li>\n<li>Build and develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendor partners<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for liaising with and providing direction to graphics designer to develop engaging and creative content in line with the company\u2019s brand strategy<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and approve all marketing\/promotional material, from online graphics to hard copy fliers\/banners, ensuring brand consistency<\/li>\n<li>Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Restaurant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand all company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures in line with given guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff compliance with the company policies, standards and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all customers feel welcome and are given responsive, professional and courteous service at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company\u2019s mission and values are understood, embraced and complied with by all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the induction, training, development and coaching of all team members in accordance with the laid down standards and training schedule<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overall business performance of the restaurant through efficient operations, effective cost controls, scheduling labour, inventory and profit management<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance to HACCP and Health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring that all equipment, appliances and fittings are kept clean and in excellent working condition through regular personal inspection.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of equipment, fitting and facilities and ensures prompt repair in the event of any fault or breakdown.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for planning and organising local store marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve company objectives in sales targets, food costs, service, quality, appearance of restaurant and sanitation and cleanliness through continuous training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and organizing the rota, responsibilities for all staff by anticipated business activity and planning adequate cover for absence to ensure the smooth running of business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate planning and co-ordination of team members to ensure and that all orders are completed in a timely manner to meet our \u201ccustomer waiting time standards\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that ALL inventory received and final product meet the required QUALITY standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all food and products are consistently served according to the restaurant\u2019s portioning and serving standards.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for minimizing wastage by ensuring the efficient use of resources (e.g. packaging, stationery, disposables, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring that all required records (sales, inventory, food cost, stock, wastage etc) are properly updated on a daily basis or as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Providing daily and weekly sales, food cost and other management reports to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess at the minimum HND certificate or equivalent (university degree preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years
