We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Salary Grade:<\/strong> Managerial<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties\/Key Job Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nInclude but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned functions and staff members to achieve organizational outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop processes, systems, policies, and procedures to effectively manage assigned functions with a view to delivering best-in-class services for the organisation and its clients.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively secure the organisation and its human and material assets; anticipate security risks and adequately mitigate them.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver an efficient and high quality travel, transport and logistics service for the organisation; ensure a comfortable and secure air and ground movement for staff and a well maintained and cost-optimized vehicle and driver pool; identify, engage and manage competent outsourcing service providers for ground movements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the performance and development of direct reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage a cost effective and efficient procurement system that is secure and flexible to respond to a highly dynamic and fast-paced operating environment<\/li>\n<li>Working with relevant departments in the organisation, prepare the organisation for ISO certification of its operations in the shortest possible time.<\/li>\n<li>Any other relevant tasks assigned by line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A master\u2019s degree in a related field would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in general administrative, budget management and people management roles. Experience in managing complex contracts is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>A team player with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven management leadership skills, while taking a \u201chands on\u201d implementation approach when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of office management systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind with problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><br \/>\nProfessionalism:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of administrative, budgetary, financial and people management practices and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply same in work situations.
