We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining physical and digital personnel records<\/li>\n<li>Update internal databases with new hire information<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employees\u2019 questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they\u2019re eligible for)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain computer and manual filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a B.Sc in Human Resource or any other relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Organization<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Control<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning<\/li>\n<li>Resourcefulness<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR administrator or HR assistant<\/li>\n<li>Adept in Technology<\/li>\n<li>Financial \u2013 Accounting Principles &amp; Practice<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of labour laws<\/li>\n<li>Verbal &amp; Written Communication<\/li>\n<li>Detail-Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Anticipates Needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:patience@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>patience@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
