\/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments<\/li>\n<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Inspect buildings\u2019 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n<li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors<\/li>\n<li>Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, issuance of estate sticker<\/li>\n<li>Allocate office space according to needs<\/li>\n<li>Handle insurance plans and service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Keep financial and non-financial records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical\/critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Diploma, BSc\/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Urban And Regional Planning or relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Digital Media Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design digital media campaigns according to business goals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content<\/li>\n<li>Work to improve our brand presence<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement direct marketing methods<\/li>\n<li>Suggest strategies and methods for clients<\/li>\n<li>Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Handle requests and queries appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Manage diary and schedule meetings and
