Our member company, a major Lottery and gaming firm is urgently recruiting for suitable candidates to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Brand Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Brand Manager is responsible for company\u2019s brand, its positioning, designing and presentation to consumers, helping shape communication and translating brand element into plans and go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate, MBA qualification will be given preference<\/li>\n<li>5+ years working experience in developing creative and innovative brand strategies<\/li>\n<li>Prior role as a Brand Manager is required. Candidate having gaming industry background will be given preference.<\/li>\n<li>Brand and consumer marketing experience, with experience of multi-channel marketing and B2C retail markets.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of mobile, online and traditional advertising; CRM; social media and PR; creative marketing; retention marketing; etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in marketing analytics, customer and brand campaign research and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and managing marketing budgets and forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise directing creative teams to successful outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and define target consumers by maintaining brand and campaign specific research, including consumer insights, consumer segmentation and attitudinal studies that help shape the marketing strategy, mix and campaign plans.<\/li>\n<li>Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan including strategy, objectives and associated activities for the lottery brand.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to briefing, development and execution of the integrated consumer and channel marketing plans, and specifically all consumer-facing communications including brand creative.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the strategic development of all communications with the support of agency partners and internal teams to deliver high quality campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Create and shape content which will help to drive a reappraisal of the brand, its products and connection to the people.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a clear brand strategy that cascades throughout marketing, communications and channels, ensuring quality, consistency and delivery of the Brand\u2019s purpose and positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor key brand and customer performance metrics monthly and annually, reporting to the GM Marketing and other stakeholders on the performance of brand marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, manage, motivate and develop the Brand team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/w88hH9oEVr9qW8Ee6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 20th November, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contec Global Group \u2013 Established in 1984 and headquartered in London, the Contec Global Group has a worldwide presence, with operations in Asia, Africa and Europe.
