We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Channel Partner Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND in any field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of relevant sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and without supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;\u00a0researching and analyzing sales options.<\/li>\n<li>Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.<\/li>\n<li>Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners\u2019 expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
