{"id":80314,"date":"2019-11-28T15:41:25","date_gmt":"2019-11-28T14:41:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=80314"},"modified":"2019-11-27T16:29:28","modified_gmt":"2019-11-27T15:29:28","slug":"eko-innovation-recent-available-employment-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/eko-innovation-recent-available-employment-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Eko Innovation Recent Available Employment Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Innovation is currently seeking application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Office Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Start:<\/strong> Immediate Start<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a front office manager to manage our reception area and the daily activities at our office.<\/li>\n<li>You will act as the \u2018face\u2019 of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.<\/li>\n<li>You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, bookings and client services.<\/li>\n<li>As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.<\/li>\n<li>Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure front desk is tidy<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints and specific customers\u2019 requests\/enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure company\u2019s policies and security requirements are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.\/HND in Mass Communication or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Must be Tall in height (6.1 and above)<\/li>\n<li>Must be residing at the Island Ikoyi, Obalende, Lekki or Victoria Island<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with office machines (Printers and Photocopier)<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV with Picture to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hazonholdings.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@hazonholdings.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Innovation is currently seeking application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below: &nbsp;
