We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HSE Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>She\/he will provide support to factory HODs, supervisors and factory staff to develop and execute health and safety plans that ensure that there is a prevalent culture of Health and Safety within the factories and the organisation as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees<\/li>\n<li>Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law<\/li>\n<li>Analysing \/ monitoring trends regarding incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective measures while also keeping the management team informed.<\/li>\n<li>Organise regular tool box talks &amp; Lead in-house training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention<\/li>\n<li>Conduct induction for all visitors, employees at the depot and other outstation and new employees to the Base yard<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations<\/li>\n<li>Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions<\/li>\n<li>Advise on suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees<\/li>\n<li>Advise on various areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification and<\/b><strong>\u00a0Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Educational standard: HND\/ B.Sc and Relevant HSE certification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Working Experience: 3 Years related experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyse and solve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make sound decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Must be Results Driven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Promoter<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND\/SSCE<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be smart and presentable<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have flair for sales or have at least 6 months \u2013 1 year sales experience; sales of FMCG products preferably<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English) are very essential<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Must be competent and experienced in compiling reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:soniahrjob@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>soniahrjob@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob title\u201d as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 4th December, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sonia Foods, Industries, with headquarters in Ibafo is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading tomato paste manufacturers.
