UP\u00ae operates as a shared infrastructure for the banking community in Nigeria and Payments Service Provider within and outside Nigeria, with a vision to be the most preferred e-payment service provider in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>In line with our growth strategy propelled by our various innovative products and ownership of different technologies, we seek to recruit talented individuals who are seeking a long term career with our organization for a period not less than 5 years for the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Relationship Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDetails<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Win new businesses from clients and manage relationship with clients to grow the existing business<\/li>\n<li>Follow up to deliver on commitments made to clients at meetings, using Call Notes as a guide<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely resolution of clients\u2019 complaints\/requests<\/li>\n<li>Provide clients with required reports on timely basis<\/li>\n<li>Work with project office on delivery of business enabling projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of merchants support officers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve or treat customer\u2019s issues\/requests promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Manage efficient receivable circle with clients<\/li>\n<li>Work with head of business unit to develop\/upsell existing business to clients, and identify and pursue new business opportunities for Unified Products and services<\/li>\n<li>Collation of tasks from internal and external Call Notes\/Meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2nd class upper in Social Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Not more than 4 years post NYSC experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill\/Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong inter-personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good teamwork player<\/li>\n<li>Good sales and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Creativity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical knowledge in selling service oriented products\/solution<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of Payments industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@up-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@up-ng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and mention position applied for in the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UP otherwise known as Unified Payment Services Limited is Nigeria\u2019s premier Payments &amp; Financial Technology company founded in 1997 by a consortium of leading Nigerian banks.
