{"id":80514,"date":"2019-12-04T12:09:57","date_gmt":"2019-12-04T11:09:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=80514"},"modified":"2019-12-03T16:30:07","modified_gmt":"2019-12-03T15:30:07","slug":"workforce-group-current-available-job-opportunity-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/workforce-group-current-available-job-opportunity-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Workforce Group Current Available Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group \u2013 Our client, a top player in her industry, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Telesales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client is urgently in need of Telesales Executive who can generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and current PAGE customers and answering questions\/enquiries regarding all company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve customer issues and escalate same where necessary to the line Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about company\u2019s products or services using scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions about products or the company and dealing with complaints and doubts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, track and follow up on leads by engaging in calls to them<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing<\/li>\n<li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Create and update activity reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline (must have completed NYSC)<\/li>\n<li>1 year minimum experience in a telesales or Customer service role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in handling help desk customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Good understanding of dealing with Dealers and how they trade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Pay<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Basic pay plus other benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTo Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/j2iNrtAQ6b4ioMi38\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group \u2013 Our client, a top player in her industry, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: &nbsp;
