Job Description:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Source and verify accuracy of internal and external Information
\n\u2022Develop and maintain a systematic framework or methodology for value added financial analysis
\n\u2022Develop, improve and maintain financial policies, processes, procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP requirements and MTN accounting policies
\n\u2022Develop and maintain an effective relationship with all departments
\n\u2022Ensure the alignment of budget and its implementation with operational plans of the division, regions and other departments within the divisions
\n\u2022Drive and initiate cost savings ideas for NWG
\n\u2022Develop financial models to support business case for Value and Design Projects
\n\u2022Prepare monthly operations maintenance report and circulate to relevant stakeholders
\n\u2022Prepare ad hoc reports as required to enhance NWG management decision making process
\n\u2022Provide value-added financial analysis
\n\u2022Analyse all areas of current and future business performance.
\n\u2022Ensure the alignment of the budget and its expenditure with operational plans of the division, regions and other departments within the divisions.
\n\u2022Solid understanding of systems, financial controls, and best practices
\n\u2022Implement decentralised structures and institution of appropriate controls therein
\nJob Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions but may be required to work extra hours
\nReporting To: Network Group, Financial Control Manager<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong>
\n\u2022At least 4 years working experience in finance or related function including:
\n\u2022Financial modeling and planning
\n\u2022Data mining & professional report writing
\n\u2022Telecommunications experience will be added advantage
\nEmployment Status :
\nPermanent<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/strong>
\nB.Sc. Accounting or related area of study. ICAN or International Equivalent (CIMA;ACCA)<\/p>\n
