Altara is built on serving the under banked and the otherwise financially excluded.<\/p>\n<p>Our debut service is \u201cbuy now, pay later\u201d where we allow formal &amp; informal sector workers, and SME owners purchase a variety of products and equipment for their homes and businesses but instead of paying for the products in full upfront, pay a small amount over time. We are recruiting to fill the position\u00a0 below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Documentation Verification Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Ilorin (Kwara), Oyo Town and Ogbomosho<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing all required documents against preset criteria regarding approval<\/li>\n<li>Verification of expected customer\u2019s addresses<\/li>\n<li>Submission of verified customer\u2019s addresses within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate data on customer addresses verified.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct physical visit to customer\u2019s business and\/or residential addresses for verification<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain the authenticity of certain facts<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of verification feedback report upon conclusion of verification.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparing, scanning and validating of documents into verification systems<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other deliverables as assigned by Team Lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Collection Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Ilorin (Kwara), Oyo Town and Ogbomosho<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain debtor\u2019s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.<\/li>\n<li>Develop reports on overdue account.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent accounts and take necessary action to recover the debts.<\/li>\n<li>Post customers\u2019 check and ensure timely credit transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Review collection queue to perform collection activities accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to collections policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Close a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet assigned target.<\/li>\n<li>Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms.<\/li>\n<li>Visit defaulting customers for payment<\/li>\n<li>Assist the company to tidy at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Explains Altara Credit schemes to customers<\/li>\n<li>Initiate inspiring customer interaction by building and maintaining meaningful relationships to recognize customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that Altara Credit Customers are attended to at the highest levels of customer service at all times, serving Customer in a courteous and professional manner, handling customer complaints efficiently and providing accurate advice.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with stock management ensuring deliveries are put away timely and ensuring the shop floor is replenished at all
