We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: QC\/NDT Inspector<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job responsibility includes complete QC activities &amp; compiled documentations of Projects records, meeting clients, execution of NDT job as per requirements and satisfaction of clients\/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, QC activities, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client representatives;<\/li>\n<li>Witnessing hydro test, vacuum-box testing, monitoring pre &amp; post weld heat treatment, interpretation &amp; evaluation of radiographs, carrying out RT,UT, MPT, LPT ,VT on ASME coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers, allied structures, storage tanks, power piping and process piping;<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of fit-up, in-process welding, pre &amp; post weld inspection at various sites and co-ordination with third party inspectors, preparation &amp; maintaining reports at various projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 to 10 years works experience.<\/li>\n<li>ASNT NDT Level \u2013 II in Radiography Testing, Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method in the file of piping and pressure vessels<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the field of fabrication, construction in QA\/QC &amp; Inspection of pressure piping, storage tanks &amp; structural steel works.<\/li>\n<li>Should have experience in preparation of NDT report, to perform calibration of NDT instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Practical working experience in penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method Review and interpretation of Radiography films.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents<\/li>\n<li>Talking to others to convey information effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Civil Works Quality Control Inspector<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Delta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction\/installation activities on site.<\/li>\n<li>Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.<\/li>\n<li>Checks the preparation of foundations.<\/li>\n<li>Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements.<\/li>\n<li>Checks the certifications regarding element mixes. LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring operations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors correct curing operations.<\/li>\n<li>Checks the sampling operations (when required).<\/li>\n<li>Reviews the laboratory examination results.<\/li>\n<li>Checks sub-grade dry density.<\/li>\n<li>Checks moisture content.<\/li>\n<li>Checks compression strength test.<\/li>\n<li>Checks after execution of costing.<\/li>\n<li>Checks after concrete puring.<\/li>\n<li>Checks materials quality (wire, fitting etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Verifies special processes and the relevant workers\u2019 qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Check the conformity with the Quality -Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Clients requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience of supervision of multi discipline Project support teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working on major Civil\/Building works projects with oil and gas involvement(5-10 years experience)<\/li>\n<li>Formal engineering training and technical qualification<\/li>\n<li>A number of experience in an oil\/gas related supervisory position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Delta<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction\/installation activities on site.<\/li>\n<li>Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.<\/li>\n<li>Checks cable laying and cable identification.<\/li>\n<li>Performs all relevant loop checks.<\/li>\n<li>Updates as built drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Performs punch-listing operations.<\/li>\n<li>Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.<\/li>\n<li>Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.<\/li>\n<li>Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Calibrates safety valves.<\/li>\n<li>Calibrates instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Checks installation of instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Performs tests functional instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Checks pneumatic signal connection.<\/li>\n<li>Checks fiber optic cable.<\/li>\n<li>Performs test communication functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Verify special processes and the relevant workers\u2019 qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to high voltage electrical installation including switchgear and electric drives<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Hazardous Area installations<\/li>\n<li>Instrument calibrations including ultrasonic flow meter, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters etc.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a comparable role<\/li>\n<li>A working knowledge of BS\/IEC\/ISO\/API\/ATEX\/EEMUA codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations\/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (eg.
