They are urgently in need of highly experienced and hand-on candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retails Store Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Supervision:<\/strong> To report directly to CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.<\/li>\n<li>Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.<\/li>\n<li>Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.<\/li>\n<li>Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains\u00a0professional\u00a0and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;\u00a0participating\u00a0in professional societies, events shows,<\/li>\n<li>Advertise and promote sales products and new promo on the company\u2019s social Medias (Instagram, Snapchat etc)<\/li>\n<li>Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining them; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.<\/li>\n<li>Achieves financial objectives by preparing\u00a0annual\u00a0budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances;\u00a0initiating\u00a0corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.<\/li>\n<li>Formulates\u00a0pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion;\u00a0authorizing\u00a0clearance sales; studying trends.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains operations by\u00a0initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to\u00a0team\u00a0effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A B.Sc degree or its equivalent in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in sales and marketing of cosmetic or skincare products.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in sales and marketing of luxurious goods to high net worth individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Focus<\/li>\n<li>Tracking Budget Expenses<\/li>\n<li>Pricing, Vendor Relationships<\/li>\n<li>Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Client Relationships, Verbal Communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetitive and within industry standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/j\/EA6F0EBAE9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Catilas\u00a0Resources Limited \u2013 Our client is one of the global\u00a0brand\u00a0and leading manufacturers of luxurious cosmetic and skin care products.
