We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref No:<\/strong> 147329BR<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Service Line:<\/strong> Corporate Social Responsibility<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Contractor<br \/>\n<strong>Full Time \/ Part Time:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer is responsible for coordinating and implementing CSR initiatives and activities according to KPMG\u2019s strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have a minimum of 2nd Class (Upper division)\u00a0 in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 work experience in the field of CSR or in an NGO<\/li>\n<li>Previous CSR experience within a corporate environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good stakeholder management and engagement skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Project)<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of job ownership i.e. responsibility, accountability and dependability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed CSR work plans based on the firm\u2019s CSR programme.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and execute CSR activities in line with the approved CSR plan and proactively manage issues \/ challenges that may occur.<\/li>\n<li>Research and monitor social trends to identify CSR opportunities and key issues to be leveraged<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage a network of professional relationships with key stakeholders including strategic partners such educational institutions, health facilities, government agencies etc., community leaders, non-profit organizations, and CSR recipients.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact between internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Organize, facilitate and attend meetings with identified key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Engage internal stakeholders on CSR activities to obtain support and buy-in<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multiple divisions \/ units across the firm to ensure timely delivery on CSR initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage logistics and planning for CSR events<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage volunteers for CSR activities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the development and update of CSR promotional materials including press releases, newsletters, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct an assessment of CSR initiatives to determine impact and continued relevance, and make recommendations to the CSR committee on findings.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and develop periodic reports on implementation status of CSR activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop the annual CSR report on activities and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Markets Operations and CSR Partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/krb-sjobs.brassring.com\/TGnewUI\/Search\/home\/HomeWithPreLoad?partnerid=30008&amp;siteid=5023&amp;PageType=JobDetails&amp;jobid=58068#jobDetails=58068_5023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG is a global network of independent professional services firm with deep expertise in the provision of audit, tax and advisory services to clients in various industries and sectors of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[650],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
