\/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments<\/li>\n<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Inspect buildings\u2019 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n<li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors<\/li>\n<li>Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate office space according to needs,<\/li>\n<li>Handle insurance plans and service contracts,<\/li>\n<li>Keep financial and non-financial records,<\/li>\n<li>Perform analysis and forecasting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position,<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills,<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical\/critical thinking,<\/li>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0School Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for School Administrator committed to helping both schools and students reach their full potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and observe current teaching methods and learning materials as needed for areas of improvement and to ensure they meet the current local,state and federal requirements,<\/li>\n<li>Work with teachers and necessary staff to establish and uphold curriculum,school mission statement\/culture and performance goals and standards,<\/li>\n<li>Meet with parents and work with teachers during scheduled conferences to review school policies,educational activities\/events and student performance while offering information on upcoming changes to curriculum, programs and the like,<\/li>\n<li>Approve job postings,hire,interview and onboard new teachers and additional staff members as they join the Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a competent Event Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective,paying attention to budget and time constraints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan event from start to finish according to requirements,target audience and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Come up with suggestions to enhance the event\u2019s success<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budgets and ensure adherence<\/li>\n<li>Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Be in charge of hiring personnel(DJs, waiters etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all operations<\/li>\n<li>Lead promotional activities for the event<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all occur<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the event\u2019s success and prepare reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ B.A in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in project management<\/li>\n<li>A team player with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in project management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational
