We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Program Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides technical support to all projects under the supervision of the Country Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program\/Technical Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly support the Country Director on all programmatic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of work plans, reports and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to enhance program performance<\/li>\n<li>with developing materials for use to communicate with the different stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collate monthly activities from field offices for country office monthly calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Provide program support to the technical team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of bi-weekly project meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide logistics and admin support during program meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the collation and archiving of reports and success stories from the projects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support on program databases and development of tools.<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in International Development, Social Work or other related degree.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-year post NYSC experience in a similar role in the NGO sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (any other foreign language is an asset) Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel .<\/li>\n<li>Competence using common desktop applications, including MS Word and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses positive attitude, self-motivated, independent, can deliver results under stress and timely manner, team worker.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the development sector in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets,<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).<\/li>\n<li>Able to process large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their Resume\/CV and Cover Letter on their suitability to:<a href=\"mailto:pactnghr@pactworld.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u00a0pactnghr@pactworld.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 Applicants Must indicate the position applied for as the Subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
