We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information<\/li>\n<li>Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer&#8217;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage large amounts of incoming calls<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers&#8217; needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods\/tools<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal\/team sales targets and call handling quotas<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensureresolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies<\/li>\n<li>Go the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their Applications to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career@phyatexintl.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\">career@phyatexintl.com.ng<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phyatex International provides consulting, training and recruitment services to organisations.
