{"id":81957,"date":"2020-01-17T10:43:45","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T09:43:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=81957"},"modified":"2020-01-20T13:22:12","modified_gmt":"2020-01-20T12:22:12","slug":"alan-grant-latest-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/alan-grant-latest-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Alan &#038; Grant Latest Employment Opportunity Recent Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alan &amp; Grant &#8211; Our work\u00a0is focused\u00a0on creating innovative HR and Organizational Development Solutions aimed at Performance Improvement &amp; Business Growth.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0currently\u00a0serve clients across various sectors of the Economy in from locations in Jos, Port Harcourt and Lagos.We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Marketing Manager is to ensure effective and efficient management of sales operation through prompt order generation and delivery of products to customers.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She is to ensure safety and judicious use of company properties in sales department.<\/li>\n<li>This role encompasses sales, customer service, marketing equipment and warehouse operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the sales and distribution strategy for products sold through Distributors, TDIs and other customers within the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution<\/li>\n<li>Achieve 100% distribution of all products and surpass KPI targets within assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Drive total profitable growth in accordance with both long range and annual sales plan.<\/li>\n<li>Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to continuously build brand development and maximize brand performance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the delivery of key business metrics (i.e. Category Share) in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Qualification and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8-10 years FMCG sales experience in territory and distributor management with a proven track record. A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A first Degree in a Management course or any relevant field.
