We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facility Manager, Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Facility Manager is responsible for assessing how successfully processes have been implemented, for judging the effectiveness of any achieved defined target levels, driving special projects, Inspecting site at pre- proposal stage, conducting a gap analysis, preparing facility condition assessment reports, providing remedial cost estimates for projects, providing support in negotiation as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate process flow mapping in accordance to QMS framework for identified key processes for standardization and integration.<\/li>\n<li>Facilities condition inspection and condition assessment<\/li>\n<li>Develop project management plans<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project status reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project progress reports<\/li>\n<li>Project interface coordination<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of risk analysis for projects.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and tracking of project schedule<\/li>\n<li>Implement project management plan as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison relationship with clients\u2019 representatives as required.<\/li>\n<li>Attend negotiation for services, resources on behalf of the organisation as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Asset Management, work order planning and management using CMMS<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to team member<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc \/ HND in any of the following courses: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering \/ Building Technology, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quantity Surveying, and Estate Management.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill Set:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to identify systems effectiveness and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of results based project management , project monitoring and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of monitoring strategies, approaches and methodologies in general<\/li>\n<li>Skills in developing monitoring systems that include performance indicators.
