We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref No:<\/strong> 797531<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Worker Type:<\/strong> Employee<br \/>\n<strong>Worker Sub-Type:<\/strong> Regular<br \/>\n<strong>Time Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and optimise, through 3PL service providers, all KC warehousing and distribution network facilities supporting the business to ensure KC\u2019s safety and compliance objectives\u00a0are met\u00a0and the respective business\u2019s service levels and cost expectations\u00a0are fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What this person will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee the Local and export Bulk\/ Fine pick distribution centre\u2019s operations with 3PL to achieve budgeted distribution costs and targeted service levels.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of all KC distribution centre policies and procedures regarding\u00a0Financial Controls,\u00a0Security,\u00a0Inventory Management\u00a0and\u00a0Safety.<\/li>\n<li>Optimise operational design through liaison between 3PL management team and customers.
