We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Telemarketing \/ Customer\u00a0Service Personnel &#8211; (Male)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates the deactivation and activation of members<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates all routine correspondence and enquires of clients and\u00a0company\u00a0using Microsoft outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Establish client relationships and follow up with\u00a0client, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Produce proposals and International Private Medical Insurance premium quotation for prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Produce business letter as may be required<\/li>\n<li>Review of all existing claims at least once a week<\/li>\n<li>Provides timely feedback to the Business development manager<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring ASL (Anhtony Somefun Limited) remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.<\/li>\n<li>Explain IPMI plans and prices, and answer questions from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain client&#8217;s information such as name, address, (many others) and payment method, and enter orders into computers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of current client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to develop content for sales presentations or other materials.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to schedule hospital appointments for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\u2019s reputation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences, English, Business Administration required.
