We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales agent to join our team. In this\u00a0position,you\u00a0will find new sales leads, deliver sales strategies, and sell company product.\u00a0you\u00a0will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct responsibility\u00a0to effectively market\u00a0the company\u2019s products and assigned sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Participate and arrange site inspections to activate sales transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly source new and viable clients.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate\u00a0and present the company\u2019s product to prospect.<\/li>\n<li>Develop weekly work plans and write weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Manage corporate relationship with existing clients, updating them on their transaction and LG\u2019s projects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and disseminate information about clients and their transaction to HOD.<\/li>\n<li>Record and constantly update all client contact data (Sales &amp; Marketing database management).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to line-manager<\/li>\n<li>Participate in providing market intelligent reports regularly or as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc degree or HND, OND and NCE in any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 to 5 work experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Sales &amp; Agency background (REAL ESTATE)<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills\/interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@lekkigardens.com\"><strong>careers@lekkigardens.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th\u00a0January, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates would be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bridgeport Properties is a standalone real estate management company set to change the home ownership narrative in Nigeria.
