We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Technical Education &#8211; Elev8 Nigeria<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head, Education will be responsible for administering, organizing of the training programs elev8.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Interview Facilitators and professors for elev8 Academy<\/li>\n<li>Design training curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Organize in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises<\/li>\n<li>Manage Instructors and employees\u2019 subscriptions to conferences and e-learning courses<\/li>\n<li>Order instructional material (e.g. ebooks and manuals and exam vouchers)<\/li>\n<li>Discuss career-pathing opportunities with managers and customers<\/li>\n<li>Enrich courses with visual aids to engage trainees<\/li>\n<li>Measure outcomes from trainings<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend learning equipment (e.g. platforms and projectors)<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and report on technical costs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure new hires undertake unbearding, security and safety practices<\/li>\n<li>Technical skills across technologies such as CompTIA, Cisco, ISACA, Microsoft, PMP, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Designs the Technical programmers, contents and curriculums for the websites<\/li>\n<li>Must have a wide portfolio of facilitators and be a Professional member of at least one technology (Microsoft, EC Council, ISACA, ITIL, ICS2)<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to deliver trainings on at least 3 technologies<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the new training methodologies<\/li>\n<li>In charge of coordination\u2019s of Instructors, Installation of software\u2019s and allocation of classrooms<\/li>\n<li>In charge of building maintenance and repair coordination<\/li>\n<li>In charge of the setting up and coordination of the testing center<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with suppliers for the day-to-day operation<\/li>\n<li>Cybersecurity Skills is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of preparation of manuals for the courses or programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the safety of the Computers and facility.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the ordering and placement of training Manuals and labs<\/li>\n<li>In charge of the technical support to staff and customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years&#8217; experience in the Information Technology field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Added Advantage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA or Master&#8217;s Degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/tekexperts.avature.net\/careers\/Jobdetail?jobId=7852&amp;source=HotNigerianJobs\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tek Experts provides the services of a uniquely passionate and expert workforce that takes intense pride in helping companies manage their business operations.
