We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Software Support Engineer &#8211; Dynamics ERP<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a customer-facing support engineer, your role will be to provide phone and email-based technical support to corporate customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Working on the Dynamics CRM\u00a0team\u00a0you will\u00a0be supporting\u00a0customers experiencing difficulties with their relationship management system.<\/li>\n<li>Supported by our quality assurance team, domain experts and training and development department, you will have a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you deliver extraordinary customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support for users via phone and email.<\/li>\n<li>Follow best practices and processes to deliver top-notch customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Field incoming problems from end users to resolve application, hardware and Provide Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software issues;<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required<\/li>\n<li>Communicate Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all IT and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Accurately maintain logs and documentation related to Service Requests gotten from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications training programs and individual classes;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating\u00a0end-user documentation, instructions, procedures, and processes<\/li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Information Technology or related education from technical institute is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft SQL Server Administration<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server Administration<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine Management<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Azure Active directory<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently to be considered for this role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills required to communicate with users.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in a technical support environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV or Any Other ERP Solution would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Can work a shift-based job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/tekexperts.avature.net\/careers\/Jobdetail?jobId=7405&amp;source=HotNigerianJobs&amp;tags=damola\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tek Experts\u00a0provides\u00a0the services of a uniquely passionate and expert workforce that takes intense pride in helping companies manage their business operations.
