We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Others<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contracts<br \/>\n<strong>Job Nature:<\/strong> Resident<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To assist the Project Manager\/Head of Project to manage the implementation of project management for the assigned projects starting from project sanction until hand over to Field Operations.<\/li>\n<li>To follow\u00a0up each stage of the project in\u00a0the\u00a0collaboration with the relevant parties and ensure respect\u00a0of\u00a0the project requirements, budget and milestone. This shall include to\u00a0supervise closely\u00a0CONTRACTOR activities and propose\u00a0the\u00a0mitigation actions for any nonconformity or slippage (technical, budget, and schedule).<\/li>\n<li>Overall management of assigned projects\u00a0(e.g. management of Contractors project activities: Engineering, Documentation, Procurement, Workshop preparatory and prefabrication activities, JRA \/ Pre-mobilization inspection \/ Mobilization, Site work activities, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities, Demobilization activities, As-built documentation and close out.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of site survey visits\u00a0(Pre-bid\u00a0site survey (with bidders) and\u00a0Detailed Engineering\u00a0site survey for the<\/li>\n<li>selected contractor) to offshore platforms for\u00a0review\u00a0of project scopes and measurements<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Work Orders, Preparation of Purchase Requisition forms (PR), etc. on SAP\u00a0software.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of presentation slides (SCC slides, CPCC, CPVC &amp; forms) to\u00a0be presented\u00a0to COMPANY\u00a0managements.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of\u00a0Technical\u00a0assessment documents and review of bidders\u2019 submissions after submission of technical bids.<\/li>\n<li>Project review and evaluation of contractors\u2019 commercial bids with Contract Dept. DUET.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of documents (e.g. Scope of Work (Annex A), Schedule of Prices (Annex B), MTO List, Detailed level 4 planning, List of equipment, List of personnel, etc.)\u00a0for\u00a0provision of accurate \/ reliable PROJECT COMPANY ESTIMATE by Project Control Department for allocation of budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of documents for Budget defence with NAPIMS (e.g. Work programs, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates Project KICK-OFF Meetings and Project Progress Meetings for new and ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Review of projects documents (e.g. drawings (isometric and P&amp;IDs), procedures, etc) in PRODOM as per company&#8217;s Standards and Specification.<\/li>\n<li>Gross review of materials description in SAP for provision of COMPANY Issued materials that will be suitable for project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Project Progress Monitoring Sheets (PPMS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for monitoring projects progress.<\/li>\n<li>To follow up the preparation of any site work and manage the execution.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the interfaces with the relevant parties including with the external parties (NAPIMS, DPR, etc.) in collaboration with PAR Department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the respect of approval requirements for each stage of the project with the partners\/regulators in collaboration with PAR Department.<\/li>\n<li>To promote cost reduction solutions for all line of activities.<\/li>\n<li>To provide all relevant information required for project reporting.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare and expedite the required report of the project including for the purpose of the interfaces. This shall include provision of all relevant information required for project reporting.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for the issuance of project close out report and return of experience for project archive.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out any other duties\/projects that may be assigned to him\/her by the hierarchy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s in Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Oil and Gas production.
