Our client in the fashion industry is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the role of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Operations Manager will manage and optimize the day to day operations of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the entire operations including procurement, production, quality control, packaging, delivery and customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all outfits best satisfies client requirement in terms of quality and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes (internal and external)<\/li>\n<li>Provides timely, accurate reports weekly for the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and management<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit\/collaborative<\/li>\n<li>Agility and versatility<\/li>\n<li>Operations management<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Keen eyes for details<\/li>\n<li>Solid computer skills especially in Excel\/Power point<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Minimum BSc \/ HND<\/li>\n<li>Fashion background is a must<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Operations<\/li>\n<li>Mature and pleasant personality<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to work with foreigners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN120,000 &#8211;
