We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Laboratory Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Cross River and Adamawa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader\u00a0situated\u00a0within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Laboratory Officers in Cross River and\u00a0Adamawa States\u00a0in Nigeria. The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of laboratory technical\u00a0assistance\u00a0at the State level including capacity building, training and quality assurance services to State teams and implementing partners.<\/li>\n<li>ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Laboratory Officer positions by October 2019.\u00a0 The successful candidate will hold a Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Biological Science or within a clinical or diagnostic discipline or Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within a clinical or research laboratory including experience with laboratory quality control and quality assurance systems and implementation in resource-limited settings.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbents will have previous experience working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs.
