We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Anaesthetist Nurse<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contracts<br \/>\n<strong>Job Nature:<\/strong> Rotation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nReport:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to COMPANY\u2019s Site Manager for all aspects of their routine and emergency duties to COMPANY\u2019s Head of Emergency and Field Support and Chief Medical Officer for professional directives, support and advice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Medical:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate emergency and primary treatment for accidents and illnesses; organise first aid as necessary and evacuation where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up Primary and Contingency Emergency Medical Response\u00a0Plans\u00a0 Offshore\u00a0Site.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the general administration,\u00a0maintenance\u00a0and arrangement of the CLINIC.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate MEDICAL records, reports and statistics, and the compilation of reports and referral letters to outside agencies; relevant computer input as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily accident, consultation, referral and hospitalization log.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities of the first Aid team and \/ Stretcher Team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hygiene:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that high standards are maintained regarding the catering and accommodation services and complete hygiene report as frequently as required. Advice as far as is practicable on the control and eradication of hazards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodical hygiene inspection with HSE Advisor on Living Quarters and Work Sites.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper management of Medical waste in line with Company rule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training And Investigation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct weekly First aid training to Stretcher team.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule regular first aid instruction and drills for first aid teams and emergency support staff.<\/li>\n<li>Offer support and advise on the completion of accident &amp; incident report forms, including follow up and investigation on accidents, and carry out health surveillance with respect to legislative and COMPANY`s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Attend &amp; Participate in Site HSE meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Health:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate, control, record and provide input and advice with all matters hazardous to health.<\/li>\n<li>Survey the site health facilities in accordance with all applicable local regulations and COMPANY`s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness on hygiene, pest control, and prevention of infectious diseases.<\/li>\n<li>Alerting the OIM, Head of Emergency &amp; field support and the CMO of any epidemiologic event (Contagious diseases, food poisoning, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recognized diploma of Anaesthetist\/Resuscitation Nursing.<\/li>\n<li>Valid BLS\/ ACLS\/ITLS Certifications<\/li>\n<li>5 years of working experience of which the last 2 years should be in continual practice in anaesthesia, emergency \/ intensive care unit, operative theatre, as well in paediatrics.<\/li>\n<li>Good computerization practice and usual software&#8217;s knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in medical support of Offshore or Onshore Oil Industry and in isolated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge&#8217;s in maintenance of technical equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SERVICE Scheme and Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotational, 4 weeks ON * 4 Weeks OFF \u2013 7 days a week.<\/li>\n<li>Site Based &#8211; Onshore or Offshore, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amaidenenergy.com\/job\/anaesthetist-nurse\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application\u00a0Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>3rd\u00a0February, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amaiden\u00a0Energy Nigeria Limited, (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited)\u00a0was established\u00a0in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors.
