We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Shop Floor Sales Assistant \/ Attendant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ipaja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attending to\u00a0customers\u00a0request with\u00a0focus\u00a0on customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and display items that match customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Welcome and greet customers<\/li>\n<li>Manage point-of-sale processes<\/li>\n<li>Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with product information<\/li>\n<li>Accurately describe product features and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Follow all companies\u2019 policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Cash handling<\/li>\n<li>Arranging the shop floor<\/li>\n<li>Meeting monthly sales target as set by company<\/li>\n<li>Work within the sales team to achieve your own sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing relationship with existing and new customers<\/li>\n<li>Generate new customers and new markets<\/li>\n<li>Continually sourcing new sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Involved in stock control and management<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring stock levels are well maintained<\/li>\n<li>Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers<\/li>\n<li>Keeping the store clean and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Delivering excellent knowledge of products and services to clients and customers<\/li>\n<li>Sales and marketing activities<\/li>\n<li>Helping to drive the standards of the store, including displays<\/li>\n<li>Any other ad hoc duties as may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement &amp; Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum ND<\/li>\n<li>Relevant sales experience preferably in Retail<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player<\/li>\n<li>Have a friendly and engaging personality<\/li>\n<li>Must be helpful and polite<\/li>\n<li>Good numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess physical strength necessary to lift boxes<\/li>\n<li>Ambitious and willing to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.robecklocks@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr.robecklocks@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th\u00a0February, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robeck Locks established in 2001 out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish lockset at affordable prices without compromise on quality, functionality and durability.
